It’s OK to Eat


Proteins? Carbohydrates? Fats?  We have all heard it, don’t eat carbohydrates, eat more protein, drop the fat, eat your veggies, stay away from sugar.  All of the information out there about what to eat is very mind boggling, people are confused and they should be. They should be confused because our bodies are complicated machines that require maintenance and every “body” is a different machine with different requirements.

What you will require nutritionally begins before you even arrive.  Your mother’s eating habits and your environment are just two of the factors that affect your nutritional needs.  Perhaps you have health conditions in your family that are “hereditary” and nothing can be done about those…..wrong!

You can improve your health with food and that is what this website is all about.

Everybody loves to eat, we just need to work on eating what loves us.
