**Cyanocobalamin is the most widely known form of Vitamin B12, however I prefer Methylcobalamin. The Methylcobalamin costs a little more than Cyanocobalmin but studies have proven that the methyl form is absorbed better and is more effective.

  • Helps blood carry oxygen, therefore making it essential for energy
  • Needed for synthesis of DNA
  • Essential for nerves
  • Deals with tobacco smoke and other toxins
